Even when karnataka and TN had so many engineering colleges they couldnt do what telugu students from andhra did. Yes when one succeeds others copy. But Ap govt enabled this success - there is no doubt about it. You may say the success not big deal or whatever but wahtever it is - it is due to AP govt major efforts.

Noida is delhi. No they dont have any software sector there - its known for call center. But eventually they will have something indian govt always invests in delhi.

I dont understand what you are saying. Europe or UK started the industrial revolution. people acknowledge that. Nobody  says weather created industrial revolution/ or "social phenomenon". People clearly say these policies, these decision led to the revolution. malli china meeda edavadam enti ?

oho i can see the problem. You remind me of my uncle. He will never acknowledge anyone has done a good job especially if they are from lower class. Long time back when i was a little kid he was getting his shoe polished from someone - i can see he did a good job but my uncle will say its trash to the face of the polisher . When i told him later i think he did a good job my unlce said we gave him money what is there to talk.

Have we ever seen anyone appreciating a maid doing a good job ? i never see it.

It seems like a cultural defect - you feel by appreciating you became a slave and he became a king.
