Include vegetables , green leafs and apple cider vinegar . Skip breakfast .

it will help you to bring down numbers

Early signs of diabetes, cut down on simple carbs and sugars and if u can do intermittent fasting(skip dinner and get 16hr fast) before next day breakfast. That should help moderate insulin and improve . Good luck

115 is pre diabetic ..please do c peptide and hba1c , thyroid ( if u have digestion issues ) vitamin d deficiency test
