The structure came well but I wish it's more spicy entha pettina oil lo slip avutundi masala, I tried this way my son wants to see whole fish and gets excited

But side ki onion lemon , home made tartar sauce tho amazing for munching bro get Pomfret smaller

Pulusu is good but takes time this is good as snack

How did you clean the fish before cooking…

sine fish నీసు smell vastayi entha clean chesina…

i heard if fish is cleaned with butter milk we can get rid of the smell ani..

Our Asian store lopala unnadi antha clean chesestatdu scaling (pomphret has minimum or no scale ) intiki vacchi pasupu uppu koncham vinegar , little lemon water esi nanapedtha then vah check style cutting massla easy peasy may be I should use more flour or semolina for holding masala but ok

konchem corn flour and all purpose flour... add chesi vunte...crispy ayyedi...

how to choose fresh fish anna…already sachipoiyinay ee untay andule how to find which is gud one..
