As of now he is still in jail and bail is yet to be posted.  Based on the feedback on this thread, I'll try to get the police report (redacted) with all the details.

I'm not supporting or against Mr. KC Chekuri.

Stalking ? So, he threatened someone and police convinced that he indeed did this - or have some proof. If anyone has video proof , he is in trouble
