Rent option undi kada. Koncham help aythadi for mortgage if he wants to keep the house. But tenant dorakadam for such a large house difficult emo. 
Eventually  they will get a job in Dallas.

I don't think the home prices in my neighbourhood are worth 850-900K now.

Last month ye remote work contract end ayyindi..... Now he is in Chicago for his new full on site work.

His Wife which she used to work for SFO company before moving here to Texas...... Remote work lepi Hybrid work ki laagaru. Now she has to stay 2 weeks in a month in SFO.

 

It looks like both are now doing jobs now just to pay the mortgage for this house that they don't live here full time. 

Yeah most people do it either due to pressure from their spouses or peer pressure. Also they must  show to their friends that they're "successful" by uploading those pics on instagram or facebook. They'll do home tours etc., & upload on Youtube.

Austin is new Bay Area and eventually the home prices match with SF and Bay Area.

House emo kani.. school vishyam lo I don’t agree cheap comment, yes US lo chala public schools are not to the standard but are good. For example, Schools in NC are average but people flooded here and are going to schools other than public schools.Andukae they choose private schools which are lot cheaper than day cares… idhi mostly Andharu cheyesedhi..

1. Charter/magnet school

2. private school 

3. public school.
