The role of adani is to supply money to any election in any state. And he is getting paid upfront with alm these contracts and easy loans. All the scams moved to private sector. Thats all. One cant call it scam as no money is transferred to a person or party during these deals. Its just a guarantee that election money will come when needed in any part of the country. That guarantee cant be proved or investigated.
