Do a workout activity that's intense, atleast for 30 minutes 4 days a week. I would suggest getting into running, you can run 3 miles in 30 minutes do that atleast 3 ideally 4 times a week and your heart will be conditioned and stronger. That way you will only sit 4 hours in an 8 hour work day at max, sit on the floor in meditation pose while watching TV instead of reclining on a sofa.
