Spend money on local GYM like Crossfit , Rowing etc ... nenu Intlo pitchekistanu GYM setup chesukunta ante light tisukondi. First lo motivation untundi kani taruvata pedda biscuit  ...I do strength/Cardio 4 days a week.

Don't just pay membership for fitness clubs; rather join group classes.

gropi classes like crossfit , orange theory morivation tho paatu guilty feeling when we miss the class , competitive spirit isthay to get into shape and be in good health

Orange theory puts stress on your knee. Would definitely avoid if you have any ailing issues.

Its extreme. Hard to get good nutrition with time limited eating. Indians are already super deficient in protein deficient in almost all vitamins except Vitamin D

People from olden days had terrible life expectancies.

From escavations and written history, its evident that millions died from simple diseases.

Physical activity levels were also much better.

 

Its basic science, dairy has 15% Saturated fat in 2% milk(23% - 25% for Whole Milk) and majority have 2 servings.

Excess saturated fat is dangerous.

Almond milk has mono and poly unsaturated fat which help the heart.

Do you know anything about these ingredients in the Almond milk bottle. I know what exactly is in Milk.. just milk or may be milk & Vitamin D3:

Almondmilk (Filtered Water, Almonds), Calcium Carbonate, Natural Flavors, Sea Salt, Potassium Citrate, Sunflower Lecithin, Gellan Gum, Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin D2, D-Alpha-Tocopherol (Natural Vitamin E).

 I am not saying Milk is good or bad. Milk doesn't get digested to adults because of lack of no lactase. 

But Dairy has become essential in households.. Especially Yogurt that wouldn't necessarily do any harm as Junk or seed oils or Sunflower Lecithin or Natural Flavors.
