 334 hours unayi anna expire kuda vuthu untayi , now a days more companies are moving to unlimited pto at manger's discretion , good for nothing it helps during some emergency and when you resign or laid off some pay

i know from friends who worked at intel and wells fargo, they have 2 months vacation once they finished working 10  years
