Final update on this tragedy…

Actually this is very unfortunate and it happened involuntarily and it’s mistake of none. Store security guard bought a new gun and he has emptied all the catridge but unfortunately there was one bullet left behind in the chamber and Ravi was in a impression that it’s empty and unfortunately and involuntarily did the action. All the videos and proofs have been submitted to the authorities and owners are supporting both the families and they assured all kind of help. Let’s pray Akhil’s soul rests in peace and both the families get moral support and strength. Ravi was the one who called the 911 and also he called to Akhil’s cousins to provide the information. At present Ravi is under deep mental stress and trauma, so let’s condemn the rumors and help both the families

looks like the guard forgot to remove the loaded bullet in the barrel ...

even though magazine is removed ... a bullet will remain in the barrel ... looks like he forgot to empty that ...

Bhayya,

i read in another forum that its Ravi Goli, who was working as a part-time security guard at the gas station

A 25-year-old man named Mahankali Akhil Sai was tragically shot and killed in Montgomery City, Alabama.
He was a native of Madhira town in Khammam district and had gone to the US in December to study MS at Auburn University.
At the time of the incident, he was working at a nearby gas station. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he was declared dead.
Another individual named Raviteja Goli has been charged with manslaughter and is currently in custody.
Reports suggest that Ravi Goli, who was working as a part-time security guard at the gas station, told Mahankali that the gun was empty, but there was still one bullet left in the cartridge.
Ravi believed the gun was empty, but when Mahankali checked it, the incident occurred. The authorities have been provided with evidence.
Ravi is expected to face charges of involuntary manslaughter, which refers to the accidental discharge of a firearm resulting in someone's death.
The family of Mahankali has requested help from the Indian and Telangana governments in bringing his body back to India.
