Will you be willing to take a paycut for a peaceful job rather than a stressful one? Like 15-20% takkuva but work at your own pace and half of what the current work is..

Stress is proportional to pay anedhi myth. There are lot of low paying jobs with lot of stress. There are lot of high paying jobs with no stress.

Low-paying jobs like minimum wage ones are usually more stressful.

High-paying jobs like managerial ones are more stressful too - working off hours, late nights, early hours, weekends… Less time for yourself and your family.

IT consultants - consider yourself lucky! Very lucky!! Moderate work - good pay - work-life balance.

Neeku istam aina chocolate(or something) desk meedha pettuko. Okka 30-60 mins serious gaa prepare avuthey ney thinali ani rule pettuko. Samething like bribing kids with chocolates for making them do homework 😀😀😀

Another approach is: find a buddy who is also looking to prepare. Daily evening okka 30 mins call lo discuss chesukondi em prepare ayyara ani. In person white board aithey inka super.
