Apple_Banana Posted March 16, 2023 Report Share Posted March 16, 2023 In Dallas anywhere less than 200 per Sq Ft is good I guess.. recently my cousin build his own home(custom) initial estimation pre covid is 220 Sq Ft but he ended with 330 and saying all building materials and labor cost increased.
