Base 650K for 3300 sq ft house .New builder but construction looks good.

On top pf this giving 30K upgrades + 20K on desing gallery time lo options.

experts please opinion pass cheyyandi

650K base ante..closing wil be around 680 or 700. but atleast will have good interior upgrades

In Dallas anywhere less than 200 per Sq Ft is good I guess.. recently my cousin build his own home(custom) initial estimation pre covid is 220 Sq Ft but he ended with 330 and saying all building materials and labor cost increased. In that case pre covid usual builders charge 120-170 add another 50-90 now.. not sure whether these inflation will go down or not.
