Almost 35-45 kms next 3-4 years la add ayitadi..

Dpr still not accepted by center as of now , officially no expansion is approved as of yet.

I have heard L&T is running only 3 car metro and is refusing to even run 6 cars like other metros

Hyderabad metro is definitely neglected under brs

Hyderabad will kick Bangalore out of the ground in next 5 years, whether it’s in metro or software or Hardware or Infrastructure. Hyderabad will have exponential growth in the next few years!! It will also become costliest city than Bangalore

There is a joke in Bengaluru that Hyderabadis keeps saying every year for almost 25 years now

Bro, In reality, Hyd development was suppressed for atleast 5 years during Telangana movement. Bangalore grabbed that Opportunity with both hands during that time between 2008-2014. Just see how much Hyderabad developed after 2014 and the number of software companies that invested in this timeframe, Same growth is expected for next 5 years as TRS will come back to power. Let Bengaluru people keep that joke for next 5 years because after that the same people will be in Hyderabad making joke of Benguluru😀

”The reason Bangalore is good for startups is because people get a lot of Ideas while they suck in Traffic”

Lol 3 times is overly exaggerated. At best 1.5 times. Also economy is not just IT. Hyderabad has a huge pharmaceutical industry, logistics industry. It is a defense hub, government ordinance manufacturing hub like BHEL, finance hub(financial district has the most bank head quarters after Mumbai) Now with Foxconn investment there will be more hitech assembly and manufacturing. Also don't forget the massive movie making industry. Apart from the TFI that produces at least 10 100+ crore movies every year, most of the bollywood movies are made in Ramoji and other studios now a days because of the ease of having everything in 1 place. World's largest US consulate was constructed in Hyd for a  reason. Bangalore will have nothing over hyderabad in the next ten years, Hyderabad will blow it off. Hyderabad's economy is well rounded with exposure to all industries with better growth rates and better infrastructure. There is a huge influx of business families, educated middle class from the Northern states to Hyd currently happening as the life style here is very conducive to Northern people..

Only flip side I see is that the Telugu culture will get diluted but that is the problem with rapid growth in any city..

having travelled by Metro in Bangalore, Mumbai and Hyderabad, the key difference between them is that Hyderabad touches all nerves centers of Hyderabad where as Bangalore is poorly planned and the first three phases of the Metro do not cover several congested parts of Bangalore like Koramangala, old Airport road, Hosakerehalli-Marathahalli stretch, Yelahanka, Varthur and Kammanahalli. Alos exclude city’s suburbs fast growing suburbs.

ridership of Hyderabad is at-least 2 lakhs more than Bangalore or Chennai or Mumbai because they are ill conceived projects owing to political pressure.

Hyderabad metro however much it covers but it covers all the transports hubs(secunderabad, nampally, kachinguda, begumpet, jbs and cbs bus stations), educational hubs(secunderabad, narayanguda, panjagutta, ameeroet), work and entertainment/shopping hubs(rtc crossroads, secunderabad general bazar, koti, hitech city, begumpet, ameeroet), dense suburbs(lg nagar, uppal, dsnt, kukatpally etc) and the only missing link is the airport which will be done in 3-4 years

Have you been to Bengaluru bro? All hot industries Startup, AI, Tech, Biotech, Aerospace...3:1 if not more undi.... Every 2 years ki Aero show ekkada ayyitadi??? Bengaluru has most of all the top aero space firms. ...... Edho mana Pilla KCR gaadu media lo show tengatam gaani ground level lo all major cities are growing equally(growth rates) like Hyderabad economically. What KTR doing is good to Hyderabad but to pickup a fight by saying Hyderabad is the best city is total trash.

Infosys, Wipro, Flipkart, Ola, Swiggy all these household brand startups are born in Bengaluru.

How India's expanding unicorn landscape has fired up in 2021 and 2022 - Hindustan Times

Foxconn is equally investing both in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. So nothing to flex abt.

Future economy is all about Tech and startup..... If GDP is the measure then Kolkata is 3rd best city in India after Delhi and Mumbai. But Kolkata is still a $hit hole hopeless city. offcourse Hyd is miles ahead of Kolkata there is no comparison

Bengaluru has well known big economic clusters all around their city.....  Hyderabad has huge But bengaluru has massive antunna......  Bengaluru only downfall are their roads..... The cost of living too is pretty much the same in both cities now...... with expensive Real estate boom in Hyd in last 1o years. So our Hyderabad's argument that Cost of living in Hyderabad is so less compared to Bengaluru does not hold true anymore,

Bro, we are  not comparing the current state here, we are talking about future state in the next 5-10 years. Hyderabad has the advantage with the best infrastructure and planning, It is set for an exponential growth in the next few years with its better choice for IT with its new set of IT regulations and a massive number of developmental projects underway. I don’t agree with you in the cost of living comparison, Bangalore is still expensive in terms of cost of living but yes in future both of these cities will be expensive.
