prima facie evidence lekundaa, cbi cannot arrest anyone.. they have to submit the evidence to the court… this investigation really picked up in the last 6 months only.. cbi cannot write stories or make assumptions and submit it to the court..

I think the case is now beyond prima facie, there's enough for them to be suspected but no solid proof of conspiracy by Avinash or others. Was he involved ante most probably he was, but need more than that at this stage. SC deadline kuda nearing so like most cbi cases this will go nowhere. 

Start lone you'll get lot of clues but that was never allowed and all evidence is gone now.

First nundi investigation cheyanivatledu, endukante akada anni erased and naturally CM's home turn so local administration and police evadu kuda support cheyaru CBI...this is nothing new. Anduke Sunithakka CBI ki iyale ni supreme ki poindi..

CBI cannot write stories ae...but what CBI is writing is nothing but following the leads left over by the SIT files. Wow...finally I could find one person in this DB who understood this case perfectly. 

There is no prima facie, they have all been cleaned up. Whatever is left is nothing but a trail of story planted by the SIT. CBI understood that this is all fake and a set up so they are now focusing on the incidents that have happened after the murder but not up to the murder because they are all planted and tampered with.

Nothing as such. A legal and validated second marriage will have the same rights as the first one.

Prima facie evidence ante.. at first view, “what does it look like it happened and who is involved”..

first view lo, it appears that all these guys first gathered at their house before and after the murder.. they tried to clean up the evidence.. CI also mentioned that Avinash and Bhaskar reddy guided their guys to clean up the evidence and make it look like a heart attack rather than a murder.. 

SIT should have cleaned up all the evidences and already investigated in that second wife, property dispute angle or tdp influenced murder angle.. but they left all the threads open and they are all leading to ys family as the culprits..

I think she will get a share in the property.. and her kid too.. mostly equal share with suneetha, if their marriage is registered or have proof that the marriage has happened.. this applies only for his properties that are already not written off or if there is no will.. 

if he already wrote off all his properties to suneetha or his wife, or wrote a will, then she won’t get anything..
