That’s not true … applicant needs to inquiry about the company  before accepting the job and submitting the docs for h1b ..

my cousin ( india lo vuntadu)went to h1b stamping VO said visa approved ani .. after 2 weeks got email  to attend  for interview and VO said we are seeing issue with petitioner ani cheppi 221g iCharu later revoked by saying “ fraud petitioner and fraud beneficiary “ani check box tick chesi documents icharu

consultancy is sister company of other company and mestri  saying will do transfer don’t worry Adhi edhi ani sollu saying ..eppudu petitioner fraud and beneficiary kuda fraud avuthadhi and it’s red flag for future visas… Murthy law firm said 5years varaku black list lo vuntavu and don’t apply nor next few years.. so be careful while going with mesthri.. eppudu miss ayyina future lo caught avutharu go with legit company

Is it possible for you to share the scanned copy of that rejection slip..this is for awareness only ..thank yiu

there are so many issues involved. first of all uscis exposed the scam. next year onwards there wont be such a rush for h1b as it will be panic for everyone to go for multiple petitions.

second thing, there is a bigger criteria all the beneficiaries who involved with these mestries will be in trouble once uscis/dhs blacklist the companies.

meeru employers ki problem antunaru. employer simple ga company musukuntadu as most of them are GC/Citizens.

major ga impact ayyedi OPT students. oka batch batch antha trouble tappadu. once uscis share the data to DHS.

This year will not be 85k if they reject half the applications

Why will they reject ? Of course the system has been rigged because of a loophole but any action will be challenged in the court. Chup chap 85k pick chesi ie year ki close chestaru…court Ki pothe mottikayalu khayam.

If multiple companies file h1 for the same candidate they cnt do anything and its legal to do so.

The issue is for companies trying to fake that they are not related but having the operating address as the same. Or same owners. Or had same address previously but changed to diff address not to get caught. Thats what the fraud is. No where did uscis mention about fraud by candidates. This rahul baba is just faking it

No you are wrong, without legitmate offer ie contract if multiple compnies have entered a candidate’s name in the lottery, that means the candidate did fraud as well.. both employers and candidates are responsible for this

Though it isn’t technically illegal for a foreign worker to have multiple companies submit visa applications on their behalf, companies submitting applications must attest that they have a real job for the employee in question if they win a visa. If companies that win a visa then quickly contract an employee out to third parties, or lay off an employee on the visa so he or she can switch companies, that could potentially amount to fraud.

So valid offer unte kani approve cheyyaru.. but how do they know if the offer from the employer is valid or not..

good that this fraud is now identified, everyone knows that each of these guys file multiple petitions which are in no way real, real ga 10 jobs lo select ayyi eh okati vesadu ani cheppamakandi

hope they take strict measures so that its only valid petitions from next year, ee fraud petitions valla lot of people get unfair advantage over others

consultancies are applying multiple applications with no actual legit job offer, they are using their sister companies for same candidates.

Candidates are considered as fraud as they are supporting and cooperating with such employers on this.

If legit companies like Apple. Google or some reputed companies apply for same dude then that is a diff valid case.

Candidate involvement ekkada untadi direct gaa employer gaadu multiple applications file cheste?

As per Rahul

USCIS identified all the fraud applicants and they will be barred from the US forever as they cooperated with fraud employers.

Even if their H1 is approved  , stamping done. They will have trouble at POE or in future renewals/stampings.

Even if they come to US and transferred to legit companies like Apple , Google . Since their initial base H1 application was  from fraud company , their H1 will be revoked. Even if it takes some time to be identified  by USCIS , they will get revoked in future.

USCIS is very serious on this, they are observing and collecting data from past 3 years to expose this.

USCiss is taking a good action and they should deny H1b applications.
