Yeah good upcoming area. Vizag prices overall in slump so bargain to the core. Aa anandavaram side edo highway vastundi from vijayanagaram to anakapalle to bypass vizag city so prices will go up eventually.

City lo 2 Cr aduguthunnaru baa. 1 Cr Aina em lev apartments tappa. I don’t want apartments. I need an independent villa. Andukane thinking.

Okay. FYI Pendurthi is not considered as part of Vizag core city but considered outskirts. Don’t imagine like it is MVP beach road or Madhurawada or Seethamadhara if you are new to the area. 

lands appreciated a lot in last 10yrs and lot of future potential. But villa antunnav so not sure if anyone prefers villa there when you want to sell. People prefer villas in rushikonda, yendada areas etc.

Talk to a broker how is the demand for villas there now.
