@Pandubabu bro. I'm in same situation like you. But I don't have any pressures to upgrade. Personally I decided buy multiple homes through career.

 

Its worth to go by keeping your current home for rental as it's in low apr. You will get returns 200-300$ after installment.

 

Then coming to your new home iemi you will use your paycheck. At some apr goes down there your imei will be down

 

After five yrs you will see two homes in your asset and it will give your confidence.

 

I won't encourage to stick to one home forever bro. If you want some assets for kids etc..

 

It's my opinion, if it's wrong suggestion plz never mind!

I am nlt saying buying big houses are bad uncle .. adi luxury aindi antunna anthe .. with both working for over few yrs.. and if they have good money in their bank ,, then there is no issue .. kani chala mandhi peer pressure tho kontunaru .. big house kavalsindhe anukuni ..
