Not worth it vayya.. i already did all research and math.. rental property ki interest rate is high than primary and all hasstle not worth it.

Still people are buying.. though not crazily as they did an year ago… that means they have enough savings to pay down payment for buying a house.. and they are getting enough income every month to pay mortgage… no one will buy a house if they cannot afford..
