update cycles are too frequent now. okappudu update every few years undedi ippudu every year avvalsi avthundi. tech is changing very fast.

• Develop relationships with your peers and your managers. Also across teams. Very useful for jobs when you need.
• Stay humble and stay loyal to an org. People who have a lot of knowledge of the processes are not easy to let go. You always have more value at an org where you stayed longer. 
• Look for newer opportunities. Darwins theory - Survival of the fittest. Follow trends and see opportunities, learn and adapt.

If ppl follow these, you dont have to worry about jobs.

no no I meant product push is every body wants to go to market fast , gone are the days you will have specified release date more push from every one 

Jobs anni ayinavalaki nuda recruiters are ghosting very tough times next three months will be scary especially year end budget freezes planning , Money is expensive for companies now because of interest rates
