Hi frds, last week I had undergone blood tests.....anni normal unnayi.....but cholestrol high undi......tg chplestrol ekanga 246 undi.....ldl cholesterol 190 undi......total cholestrol 236 undi.....mari high ga undi......I dont know since how many yrs I have, this is my first blood test, age 32......ela decrease chesukovali......taking tablets daily one which the doctor gave and also doing walking daily.......physical activity ekkuva lekunde before I got  to know this issue of cholestrol.....ipp
