looks like very good talented people in the market… i am doing two coding interviews perday since last two weeks…all most all  are good…some are better than me too… because of more talented people in market…extreme scrutiny is going on…like soft skills, body language, coding, certifications, immigration status referral, pay range…etc summary of this post…if you are jobless…you have to really prepare well to beat the current market…
