looks like very good talented people in the market…

i am doing two coding interviews perday since last two weeks…all most all  are good…some are better than me too…

because of more talented people in market…extreme scrutiny is going on…like soft skills, body language, coding, certifications, immigration status referral, pay range…etc

summary of this post…if you are jobless…you have to really prepare well to beat the current market…

Summary:

 

The report from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics provides data on job openings, hires, and separations for February. It highlights the following key points:

1. Job Openings: The number of job openings decreased to 9.9 million, with the rate falling to 6.0%. The largest declines in job openings were seen in professional and business services (-278,000); health care and social assistance (-150,000); and transportation, warehousing, and utilities (-145,000). However, job openings increased in construction (+129,000) and arts, entertainment, and recreation (+38,000).

2. Hires: In February, both the number and rate of hires remained relatively stable at 6.2 million and 4.0%, respectively. The number of hires increased in the federal government (+8,000).

3. Separations: Total separations, which include quits, layoffs and discharges, and other separations, were little changed at 5.8 million, with a rate of 3.7%. Total separations decreased in transportation, warehousing, and utilities (-45,000) but increased in educational services (+21,000).

4. Quits: The number of quits edged up to 4.0 million (+146,000), with the rate remaining steady at 2.6%. Quits increased in professional and business services (+115,000); accommodation and food

multiple jobs are disappearing fast, this is not a long term strategy

it is better to have one stable job than none

everyone in management knows that anyone working remote are doing multiple jobs, ferfarmance can easily be identified who is doing multiple vs who is doing one
