Most of the people i know who work in corporate have either - Moved to u.s after 4-5 years of experience using company internal transfers. Got contacts with American companies using relatives and got jobs there directly . Moved through consultancies (H1B). Went to do masters after working for sometime (this is useless unless you are doing masters in some high tech field like ML ).

There is no use of being in india if you are in corporate and have no assets ,if you have own house in the city and assets it's a different matter of course.

Its great money but what will he get? Home Bhooja apartment or a villa outside Hyd 30kms away from work location. Everyday travel to workplace itself is a frocking experience.
