Wood working, carpentry and 3D printing I want to learn after retiring. I am in the fed, mostly management naadi. I can do all that in the US, I don't want to return to India. My wife's job is secure here.

It true. Foreign will help to step our money to a limit. May be after 10 if we don't see much growth then its better to India and use that earned money to do some magic in india with out chasing this visa issues there. Out of 10 btech frnds 2 lived in india itself became big shots, they are chichooor and had jill to do something. Nobody can reach them in my circle. Retire and do what? There will be huge cognitive decline once you retire. I am just retiring from IT. I am setting up stuff...planning to get into teaching as well. Much easier in India.
