Foreign countries now won't invest in the same scale as they did in China because the manufacturing market is saturated and only way is for developed china to delegate it's work to india and provide facilities and training which it won't do because of political reasons.china is delegating manual work to other smaller developing nations.

Corruption has actually reduced quite a bit. Due to news channels people think its not. I got my driver license, passport renewal, did multiple registrations and land conversions without any bribe. This would have costed me many lakhs in bribes before.
