Now it is December, and my name is on the layoff list. When I asked my manager why, he said my lead gave the appraisal and mentioned that my performance was not that great. It feels like he is trying to get rid of me now that his wife is back from India. Things were fine until October-Novemb 6/7 when he suddenly took one week off and stopped responding to my messages.
