Neigbors over there are very good. GO111 areas are medium range....they are not as expensive as regular lands as there are restriction on the floors and the percentage of land on which you can construct. This makes it a good place for lawn style living. What I understood from these posts was that in 20s, there was not much inertia to move to US. But once we have families, inertia is the main problem. You can get a good lawn and walkable streets in GO111 areas. You can grow food all year round as the weather supports it. In addition to that,you get all the other advantages of being in India.
