We cannot assume that the candidate who worked hard and really came from backward community, who actually deserved the post wont go corrupt in the future? Then is that post really wasted if he/she turns out be corrupt? Is this problem only in reservation? General Catergory lo ledha? arent there any poor talented better than the corrupt people who is holding the post?. So every corrupted person who is holding the post is a waste.
