Somanna: ఏపీకి ఏడాదిలోనే రూ.9500 కోట్ల రైల్వే ప్రాజెక్టులు 28-12-2025 Sun 09:09 | Andhra ఏపీలో 8 వందేభారత్ రైళ్లు నడుస్తున్నాయన్న కేంద్ర సహాయ మంత్రి సోమన్న హిందూపురంలో వందేభారత్‌కు స్టాపింగ్‌ను ప్రారంభించిన మంత్రి రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా 1,560 కిలోమీటర్ల కొత్త రైల్వే మార్గాల నిర్మాణం కొనసాగుతోందని వెల్లడి కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం 2024-25 ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరానికి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లో రూ.9,470 కోట్ల విలువైన రైల్వే ప్రాజెక్టులకు అనుమతినిచ్చినట్లు కేంద్ర రైల్వేశాఖ సహాయ మంత్రి సోమన్న వెల్లడించారు. ప్రస్తుతం రాష్ట్రంలో ఎనిమిది వందేభారత్ రైళ్లు నడుస్తున్నాయని, దేశంలోనే తొలిసారిగా హిందూపురంలో తాలూకా స్థాయిలో వందేభారత్‌కు స్టాపింగ్ కల్పించడం జరిగిందని ఆయన తెలిపారు. ఇది హిందూపురం ప్రజలకు ప్రధానమంత్రి మోదీ ఇచ్చిన ప్రత్యేక బహుమతి అని ఆయన అన్నారు. శనివారం ఆయన శ్రీసత్యసాయి జిల్లా హిందూపురం, సోమందేపల్లిలో పర్యటించారు. సోమందేపల్లి మండలం చాకర్లపల్లి వద్ద రూ.4 కోట్ల వ్యయంతో అభివృద్ధి చేసిన రైల్వే స్టేషన్‌ను రాష్ట్ర బీసీ సంక్షేమ శాఖ మంత్రి ఎస్. సవితతో కలిసి ఆయన ప్రారంభించారు. అనంతరం హిందూపురం చేరుకున్న మంత్రి, ఎంపీ బీకే పార్థసారథితో కలిసి యశ్వంత్‌పుర్ - హైదరాబాద్ వందేభారత్ ఎక్స్‌ప్రెస్‌కు హిందూపురంలో స్టాపింగ్‌ను ప్రారంభించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా మంత్రి సోమన్న మాట్లాడుతూ.. రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా 1,560 కిలోమీటర్ల కొత్త రైల్వే మార్గాల నిర్మాణం కొనసాగుతోందని తెలిపారు. అలాగే 717 ఆర్‌ఓవీలు, ఆర్‌యూవీల నిర్మాణం పూర్తయిందని చెప్పారు. అమృత్ భారత్ స్టేషన్ అభివృద్ధి పథకం కింద రాష్ట్రంలోని 73 రైల్వే స్టేషన్లలో అభివృద్ధి పనులు జరుగుతున్నాయని, వీటిలో తిరుపతి, నెల్లూరు, విశాఖపట్నం, హిందూపురం, ప్రశాంతి నిలయం స్టేషన్లు కూడా ఉన్నాయని వివరించారు. ప్రధానమంత్రి నరేంద్ర మోదీ, ముఖ్యమంత్రి నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు నాయకత్వంలో ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లో అభివృద్ధి వేగంగా ముందుకెళ్తోందని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు. రాష్ట్రానికి భారీగా రైల్వే నిధులు కేటాయించడంతో మౌలిక సదుపాయాల విస్తరణకు ఊపొస్తుందన్నారు. రాష్ట్ర రాజధాని అమరావతి అభివృద్ధికి రైల్వేశాఖ నుంచి మరిన్ని నిధులు కేటాయించామని మంత్రి సోమన్న తెలిపారు.
