US work culture has changed quite a bit. TCS and Infosys have been taking over many companies as well. When I first came to US, the work culture was awesome....not anymore. In India, you atleast have the support system. My relatives don't have to worry about getting groceries, cooking food or cleaning. They have maids. They can also be there and take care of their parents. Kids also get quality time with their grandparents. Grandparents also became healtheir in the presence of grandkids. They had been experiencing loneliness here in US. They say India changed a lot and difficult to recreate old India but they are comparatively less lonely there.
