Oh really ? I have seen poor Brahmins , Komatis and kapus too . There are many brahmans who still just do priestly functions and live in poverty . Many kapus and chowdarys from coastal who work as drivers , labourers etc . Even in construction sector . Not surprising , considering the backwardness of uttarandhra , Godavari districts etc . There are poor people everywhere , so better not to generalise . Coastal Andhra is poorer than Telangana and Rayalaseema . If you count the private engineering colleges , nearly 300 are owned by reddys and 150 by chowdarys . No other community owns even 20-30 colleges . That should sum up the present situation . Also , stop changing history as per your whim . The history is clear . All samsthanams , zamindaris and deshmukhis in TG were only of Reddys and occasionally Velama and Brahmins . Reddys were patels and deshmukhs under nizam . The bc communities like mudiraj , yadav , goud , munnuru kapu etc . were not connected to the zamindari system .
