Lets assume nddb samples were tampered..cbi samples were collected from rejected containers..what was the result from that were they adultrated or not

NDDB in their report in 2024, clearly mentioned that they cannot vouch for the autnenticity of the sample. Below is the NDDB Test report Page-3, Point-2, which clearly states NDDB is not responsible for verifying it in ALL CASES, Sample is not drawn by NDDB unless specified. In the report, its clearly mentioned that sample was provided by the customer but not NDDB. Also read Point-3.

1. The sample tested by NDDB in 2024, is not collected by the NDDB but they only tested the sample they received. NDDB also made this clear in their report. 2. CBI collected the samples from rejected containers, sealed and tested them under their supervision. The big question: How were the samples handled ? If they were not handled under standard conditions, there is a scope for varying results. or may be the samples were tampered with even before they were sent to the NDDB. In the initial arguments, NDDB already distanced itself from the report claiming they cannot vouch for the authenticity of the sample as they did not collect.

This NDDB test, was an informal test. Means, TTD did not officially mandate this test but this was more of an informal request made by Shyamal Rao as a TTD EO. Here is the chronological order... June 3rd 2024 : NDDB CHairman visits Tirumala, topic of dicsussion was not just about live stock but also the need to set up in house testign facilties. Remember : Need for In House Julytesting facilities. June 12th 2024 : A R Dairy starts Ghee supply June 12th 2024 : Tankers start arriving June 12th-July 2nd : Six tankers accepted, 4 were rejected. July 7th - Sample collected July 9th : Sample received by NDDB. July 13th : Analysis complete July 16th 2024 : Report compiled.

Between June 12th and 30th 2024, 6 ghee tankers were accepted and 4 tankers rejected. Sample was allegedly collected from these 4 tankers, and was sent to NDDB with whom TTD was in principle taking advices from on maintaining livestock and the need to set up in house testing facility. Got reminded of it, Shyamal Rao used this connection and requested NDDB Chairman to test the sample and did not get it tested at the FSSAI Labs, which should have been the case. Key point : NDDB did not collect the sample, they only tested the sample they received from TTD but did not collect the sample themselves. There is no undertaking from the NDDB that this sample has been handled as per the standard test conditions.
