Hello, I have a valid H1 until Feb 2026 and my extension got approved for additional 3 years few days ago although I didn't get approval notice. I'm planning to travel out of country and wanted to check if I can travel and come back without the new approval notice. Lawyer says I can while others say that I should only travel after I get original copy of i-797. Please share your insights.
