Exactly.Even I have GC and will be getting citizenship next year which I got after struggling for 18 years in US.why would I miss the peaceful life,unemployment and retirement benefits and go to India?

Personally, I have seen few cases where people actually made more money by moving to India than staying here. I know a person whose father was running a small manufacturing unit, which almost became a sick unit and just then, the son returned to India, invested and modernized the unit. 5 years turnaround and expansion happened. Another case. family has 25 plus acres in balanagar and two brothers inherited. Younger brother started selling land to fund his hobbies and older brother who was in US, realized this could harm everybody. This fella returned back to India, built warehouses and now earns good rent, plus found a new career in developing ventures.

Yeah, living in Kukatpally and covering distance will take time...Like any other major urban conglomerate in India and most other major cities. This is the reason why people move away from the cities. Imagine living in central london.

These things can also be done from here. how is that a factor to move there? besides you seem to be full into money and investments. There are things that money cant buy. Not sure when our ppl would realize this. Less money with more peace is more valuable (atleast to me) than more money with no peace. I have seen the lifestyle in hyderabad and benguluru. traffic, pollution, corruption, competition...what not. No amount of money can get me there...ever. I have a gc and no one bothers me even if I sit at home and claim unemployment. Still better than beating the rush in india.
