From expats I’m in bad situation. My initial H1 was filed in level 4 and now during extension the minimum wage has increased way too much that my company has decided to let me go. I’m thinking to suggest for them to file H1 extension in level 3(same soc) Before that wanted to know if this is feasible ? Anyone got H1 approved in same scenario ? Please help to respond or just comment so this post might reach others who can help me. Thank you 🙏.
