TDP MLAs slept when CBN gave a boring speech

Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu has the habit of giving lengthy speeches which are generally boring and painful.

On Wednesday, too, Naidu gave a prolonged and non-stop lecture for more than an hour, starting with N T Rama Rao to the latest political developments in the state. There was nothing new in the speech, as everybody knows what is going on in the state. Naidu did not give any direction to the cadres or explain any strategies.

As a result, many of those who attended the oath-taking ceremony were found dozing off. The cameras caught leaders like Kodela Sivaprasada Rao, Gollapalli Surya Rao, Ashok Gajapathi Raju and Y Ramakrishnudu napping in their seats. Had the speech continued for another half an hour, the entire hall would have heard snoring sounds!
