There wont be any difference if they go to International Schools with IB curriculum. Pretty much all kids whether they are NRI kids or local kids speak american english, american terminology, etc. You cant make out any difference. I have seen a lot of kids who migrated to India (who cant speak telugu even after 10 yrs of migration) and Indian kids who were never out of country all have same body language/taste (movies/fashion/vibe/etc) ...
