I think someone might have reported him specifically we should also not support folks who do these multiple jobs as a community, they are being unethical I know some folks here in this db argue about capability vankaya etc but its still unethical as your time is split between two or three companies, some companies do allow you do other activities outside of working hours so as long as folks satisfy that condition and that outside income is not a violation of immigration rules they should be good
