Let me ask you same. What was not there in HYD before 1990. It had an airport, secunderabad was still south central railway zone. Tollywood was already getting settled. You know many settled central organizations such as DRDO, ECIL, BHEL etc. hospitals such as Apollo, LV prasad hospital… you name it. 

PV started financial reforms in 1993. Yes MNCs started pouring in after 1994. So do you want to take credit for that? Yeah sure.

He is not a salesman - he was literally father of hitech city. He taught hyderabad like a father teaches son how to bike and after sometime the father gives a push to the bike  the kid goes by himself. But only for a distance though.
