Covert operations are very common across all the nations every time it won't be successful. There are lot of instances where CIA agents were caught by other countries .. the only difference is west media keeps it under carpet and our Indians publish as if they are doing service to the country..

rey mental fellow - every country usually knows who is from intelligence in their  foreign embassies. They tolerate it on mutual basis until they do adventures like this. 

Even you can guess by looking at embassy officials history - if they joined ips and worked in several policing and came to IFS then they are probably RAW.

I completely disagree.. USA will not allow.. not even from Mossad too .. USA has stringent laws on Foreign agents working on US soil...
