people will be exhausted with commute from there and I believe 750k+ petti so far from City teesukovatam no point actually, shopping, restaurants etc ki chala drive cheyali, it adds up, the school district is also not good and mostly new schools in that area

Remote folks ki aithe ok, the homes are really big, nice new communities but Austin hype valla overpriced and now correcting, interest rate taggithe malli bidding and price increase shuru

remote work apesi hybrid ante em settaro aa liberty and georgetown are tejalu. 

Ofcourse its same as Frisco, Prosper, Celina tejalu in Dallas.
