It's true though , indian Street food is extremely unhygienic even if it tastes good 

In a civilized country , there are minimal food safety standards that must be maintained by everyone but in India they don't even use clean water , just dirty municipal water 

Also in every state municipal health officials collect bribes from even small vendors to overlook the unhygienic conditions

after I came off living in the streets for more than 2-3yrs, and into my exclusive neighbourhood, I was never able to eat street food in India without getting terribly sick.

surprisingly I did okay while I lived off them in those 2-3yrs.

I don't know what to make of it even.
