Who is the DK SHI of TELANGANA Congress and TRS?

DKS was pedda Kannada rajakeeya nayakudu for Congress. He was big reason for Congress victory in state elections.

Who does Telangana Congress or TRS have like him? A leader who has strong hold over party cadre, very wealthy, goonda connection in his area, and has a MAJOR caste backing for him. Although they might not be good orators, they have these other qualities like DKS does.
