@manadonga Ideally water bodies should be either on east or north. West is not preferred. It is not a very very big red flag.... Vomerica lo 100% vasthu kastam. It can be ignored if all other aspects are fine.....ATB...

In the worst case, fence veseyyiii....So that it is not included into your house. It stays outside the fence....Flooding problems and foundation issues kuda undakundaaa help avthadhi....I dont know the size of the pond/canal. I'm just speculating that it might be very big. Structural issues should be your major concern...

many states lo flood damages (acts of God) ki insurance cover cheyyadhuuu antunnaru....That 1% probability can be brutal.
