Now that I think through more about it, I feel sorrry for AP people. The same CBN who claims that he developed Hyderabad couldn’t “develop” another Hyderabad for them. Same with Jaggad… or anyone who come to power next. Can’t do much for this obvious reason.

They should have been firm about center grants, polavaram, special category status… as a condition for bifurcation, which could have bailed them out a bit. But, AP politicians betrayed them miserably.
