Back in 2014 TRS lacked any support in southern Telangana or Hyderabad, now they built enough brand equity even among seema andhra settlers, at this point it doesn’t matter who the candidate is from BRS and it is evident from Malkajigiri (guy won with 50k votes over mainampally) and vivekananda won with highest votes in the state(87k votes). 

Kaleru venketesh, muta gopal, padma rao are there with the party since inception
