During an event hosted by India Today, Revanth responded to a query about the feasibility of balancing development and welfare with limited funds.

The query pertains to how development can occur when funds are directed towards welfare.

Development, in this context, encompasses not only the construction of new roads, bridges, and buildings but also the maintenance of existing infrastructure, a point that Revanth Reddy did not address.

He shared that a new city is slated for construction by pooling land in the Rachakonda Guttala area, following the Amaravati scheme. It seems corporate companies will be invited, allotted land, and facilitated to contribute to the development of the area.

He stated that the aim is to alleviate the strain on the current urban centers, which are grappling with overcrowding. Businesses will be allocated designated spaces in clusters, he said.
