TG governor did not give appointment to KaChRa to submit his resignation

Just heard KCR didn’t go to Raj Bhavan as Governor responded to a request for an appointment by saying “he can leave the resignation with my OSD!”
 

So KaChRa did not go to raj bhavan and submitted his resignation through CM OSD.

he asked for appointment on same day and she gave next day but he sent resignation with courier as his ego is hurt
