Hyderabad developed only due to cyber towers and stpi foundation in 1991 .

All the development of airport , iit hyd , pvnr expressway and orr happened from 2004 to 2010 . Major companies like tcs , Wipro and cognisant invested during this period . 
AP per capita income in 2003 was 21000 rupees per annum , same as Rajasthan and West Bengal . It was one of the poorest states back then , reflecting zero contribution of any sort with just 2000 crores worth of it exports . It reached 60000 crores by 2014 , a 30 fold increase .
