Advantages is 

 

You can build 2 adu 2 single family houses and can rent it ... Of course building a single adu takes around 8 to 1 yr .. with water and electricity supply ... You can build anything ... For fun ...

It’s farming land and  already have contract for next 10 years so no issue on that, rest land I will build for kids. So said. It’s 8 BR house with 7000s ft build and 4 car garage
